What is your shipping policy?
Shipping times vary with ready to ship and custom pieces. Please expect ready to ship pieces to be mailed out within a week from order placement. STBMC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are verified in possession with USPS or other carriers such as FedEx or UPS.
What is your return policy?
STBMC does not accept returns, but will repair any pieces that have shown to be faulty on a case by case basis up to the discretion of the owner. If you for some reason are unhappy with your order - please reach out to Marissa at simplyturquoisebymc@gmail.com

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

No, Marissa is a non-Native maker and does not advertise jewelry as Native-made.
