Return Policy
STBMC does not accept returns, but will repair any pieces that have shown to be faulty on a case by case basis up to the discretion of the owner. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order - please reach out to simplyturquoisebymc@gmail.com.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary with ready to ship and custom pieces. Please expect ready to ship pieces to be mailed out within a week from order placement. STBMC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are verified in possession with USPS or other carriers such as FedEx or UPS.
